Social Media Department Working Policy

Social Media Department:

  1. Posts variations will be chosen from given approaches in the Brand guidelines. In case, any approach is not there, we will make another approach/ variant and append it to the brand guideline
  2. Facebook and Instagram postings and scheduling will be catered by the client, whereas the campaign motorization will be tackled by the agency.
  3. In case any new campaign has to be initiated the client must inform the team at least 72 hours in advance.
  4. More hashtags will be provided by the agency to the clients.
  5. For approvals, the media sharing platform will be a Whatsapp group.
  6. For uploading purposes, media will be shared through the Google drive folder.
