Timeline
SEO is an ongoing, long-term process. Clients should expect significant improvements within 6-9 months, but some competitive markets may take longer.
We provide a roadmap for SEO progress with transparent timelines for each phase of the project.
Client Cooperation
We require access to your website content, a separate Gmail account (created for SEO purposes), backend, and analytics tools to implement the SEO strategies effectively. This Gmail account will be crucial for setting up and managing off-page SEO activities, such as link building, profile submissions, and managing local listings, and is needed in the early stages of the campaign.
Delays in providing necessary information or access may hinder the progress of the SEO campaign.
Payment Terms
SEO services are billed on a monthly basis. A full or partial advance payment may be required before initiating the service.
Late payments may result in the suspension of services until payment is received.
Termination and Refunds
Clients may terminate the contract with 30 days' notice.
Refunds for services already rendered are not provided. Unused future services may be refunded on a prorated basis.
